Corn Gravy
This recipe can be used on potatoes as a gravy or as a
vegetable side dish. Cook pork chops in a skillet. While those are
cooking, cut the kernels off of left over corn on the cob. After taking
the pork chops out of the skillet, put corn into the oil. Sprinkle in 2
heaping tablespoons of flour and stir until it has browned. While
stirring, pour in about 2 and 1/2 cups of milk. Stir until thick and
bubbly. Serve hot.
